These are the most awesome chocolate biscuits ever. If you use margarine instead of butter and dark chocolate then they are vegan and lactose free.

Ginger Nuts

These are a classic British biscuit. They are super easy to make and the ginger makes them a little bit spicy. They are best made with golden syrup but if you cannot find it then try light corn syrup, honey or maple syrup. If you replace the butter with margarine then these biscuits are vegan and lactose free.

Macarons

Macarons shells are naturally lactose free and gluten free! They are also a great way to use up left over egg whites. They are tricky to master but a bit of practice and watching some expert YouTube videos helps.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Cookies are the American version of biscuits. They are squishier and generally have eggs and a combination of white and brown sugar. These cookies have peanut butter for that all American flavour.

The basic recipe here is a cookie recipe with white and brown sugar and eggs giving it a chewy texture. The addition of Smarties makes it a kids favourite.
