Cookies are the American version of biscuits. They are squishier and generally have eggs and a combination of white and brown sugar. These cookies have peanut butter for that all American flavour.

Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 100g white sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 120g peanut butter
- 1 eggs
- 200g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 180C
- Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
- Wrap the dough in clingfilm and put the dough in the fridge for an hour.
- Make 2cm balls and place on baking try lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
